I try to cancel subscription many times, didn't receive any answer and the app doesn't work

Great way to stay informed, but there is a problem with the map. I checked this afternoon, and the map stopped showing sightings, and they won't get fixed no matter what I do. And idk if it has a schedule or not, but if it does, then I would like to know.

it was working at first, but now when I try to open it the app does not open, uninstalled it and reinstalled it. still the same thing. not sure what happened.
