I try to cancel subscription many times, didn't receive any answer and the app doesn't work

tried subscribing thinking that the app would work better. it didn't. then it wouldn't let me unsubscribe OR delete my account. had to call the bank to put a stop payment.

Great way to stay informed, but there is a problem with the map. I checked this afternoon, and the map stopped showing sightings, and they won't get fixed no matter what I do. And idk if it has a schedule or not, but if it does, then I would like to know.
