Aditya Gupta is presently a practising advocate at the Rajasthan High Court, Principal Seat, Jodhpur since April 2021 (at the office of Adv Sharad Kothari), after completing his LLB from JNVU Jodhpur.
He is an Electrical Engineer and has completed his PG Diploma in Mgmt from NITIE, Mumbai.
Subsequently, he has worked with Titan Industries Ltd, Johnson and Johnson Ltd and Smith and Nephew Plc for about 12 years, before returning to his hometown to start another career innings in legal domain.

About the App:
This application is aimed at automating the tasks of a Rajasthan High Court advocate’s legal office (the application presently works for Principal Bench @ Jodhpur). While a lot of data related to the daily working of Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur, is available on the net, the data is too disjoint and needs quite some effort before the complete info about a case can be brought at one place. This application aims to address this drawback, by bringing all the data elements (causelist, case data, case files etc) under one umbrella for swifter access and enabling a mobile office experience.
The application aims to provide a one stop solution for a truly mobile office, wherein all the needs of a legal office are addressed in this application. Some of the features of the app are :
1. Causelist : The causelists are automatically updated once they are available on the High Court website and a push alert notifies the update. The causelists of individual lawyer or of an office can be pre-set to review/print the listed cases, thus saving the effort of daily mundane task of manually searching/printing for one’s name in the causelist. Also, if certain cases have been transferred to another lawyer, that can be set to let that not appear ever again in the quick search. Finally, a pre-set can be done on a particular case number as well to monitor/track a particular matter.
2. Display board : A display board with better viewing and tracking experience has been designed to enable the tracking of cases in the courts, when the courts are running. This display board records the saved cases for all days where the cause list is available to help you plan your next days. Also, the display board collates all the notices in daily, supplementary and daily board’s commentary at one place for ease of viewing. It also keeps a summary of the stage wise cases for each court and records the bunch cases too.
3. Cases : Any case can be added in the database and all the relevant data (as available on the High Court’s website) would be updated in the app pertaining to this case. Also, every document (petition, reply, applications, judgements etc) can be updated here for ready availability at all times and can be downloaded anytime (with internet connectivity). The app provides a push notification for any new order/judgement updated on the HC website as well. Case notes (summary of proceedings) too can be added here for ready reference at any time.
4. Task manager: For an advocate’s office, to be able to assign and track various tasks across team members. It helps in keeping a track of all the important activities required to be performed with any of the case.
