About this app

iService is a Mobile & Web Application. This is a single platform on which all key tasks of service will be integrated. System will implement below business objectives:
* DDS Scan to find out the details of products
* Dashboard to show the target/achievement of Service Centers
* User Dashboards (show the statuses of service requests)
* Online Attendance & Leave process for Off-Roll employees.
* Approval/rejection of team member's leaves/attendance regularize by Manager.
* Broadcasting features to share common information with all users at same time.
* Notification service between specific users.
* Planner system on which users can plan their tasks with date wise.
* On Reach Out features, Employee can raise their query & get response with functional department like Operations, Spares, Technical, Quality, Defective, Call Centre Management.
* Training and Test
* Given e-Learning option (YouTube Videos, PDF, Docs, Images)
