Ratings and reviews

The app logged me out. When tried to re-login, an error message was up saying I need to use a password, which contains lower/upper case letter, number and special character. My password IS like that! I used this password when registered. Tried to uninstall/reinstall the app, but the error message was the same as above. Tried to register with a different email, using a new password (upper/lower case characters, number and symbol, but the same error message comes up.

Getting error at the last step when selecting city request failed [B00001]. It won't let me bind to the AC unit. Seeing the past comments they just blame the customer's Wi-Fi network instead of offering real troubleshooting. As a normal AC unit it seems to work fine. However, with bugs in the app that lots of people are having issues with, these are definitely not smart enough to work correctly.

When the app works, it’s very intuitive and easy to use. However, account forgets the device every week or two, and I'm back to 'demo device'. Refreshing doesn't work, logging out and back in doesn't work. Adding the device as if new does, but gets annoying. Even if I uninstall and reinstall the app, it no longer recognizes my account. Whether I try to log in or request a new password, I get the error code: Request failed [90005]. Is there a solution? Thanks in advance.
