Getting error at the last step when selecting city request failed [B00001]. It won't let me bind to the AC unit. Seeing the past comments they just blame the customer's Wi-Fi network instead of offering real troubleshooting. As a normal AC unit it seems to work fine. However, with bugs in the app that lots of people are having issues with, these are definitely not smart enough to work correctly.

The app logged me out. When tried to re-login, an error message was up saying I need to use a password, which contains lower/upper case letter, number and special character. My password IS like that! I used this password when registered. Tried to uninstall/reinstall the app, but the error message was the same as above. Tried to register with a different email, using a new password (upper/lower case characters, number and symbol, but the same error message comes up.

Didn't have problems setting up the AC's but on a separate note I cannot seem to get Amazon Alexa or Google Home to control them. I intalled the U Home skill and they find the AC units but they only detect them as thermostats and I can't even turn them on or off. It states the devices are unresponsive. No one has bothered to fix the issue.
