DO NOT BUY HAILTRACE!!! THEY ARE ALL TALK WITH NO FOLLOW-UP. they forced me to buy a 1 year contract. But told me that off the record if I needed to cancle because it wasn't working out, they would refund me. A few months go by and I realize I only used it for one month and then it just didn't work for me. So I called them and asked them not even for a rebate, but to put my account on hold and allow me to turn it back on when I am better able to use the app. They refused.

There are many reasons I land on 1 star. It crashes regularly, doesn't show entire maps, map details are at some times terribly inaccurate, and most of all it is not user friendly. You have to tinker with it so much to attempt to get where you want to go.

This is so helpful to hear. Our team is pushing hard on a new version of the app that brings it to a user-friendly state. As far as map-data goes, we would love to talk with you to address your concern on data inaccuracies.

Downloaded app and at first ran into issues so I sent a message requesting help. It was on Christmas day 2020, so realistically I wasn't expecting a response back till after new years, but they did in less than an hour! Their rep Brandon Williams was super helpful; first he put all my concerns at ease, then set up a one on one zoom meeting where he answered all my questions and some I didn't even know I had! He did that and got my account set up all in less than 30 minutes! Thank you!!!
