About this app

Hakat (حَكَتْ), meaning “She spoke” in Arabic, is a space to pause, reflect, and hear what is speaking within you.

Through archetypes, journaling, and guided reflection, Hakat helps you reconnect with your inner voice and reclaim your story.

I created Hakat as a way to step out of autopilot and become aware of your patterns, your reactions, and what is guiding you from within.

My work is rooted in the Co-Active life coaching model, where growth begins with awareness.

In everyday life, we often focus only on what we are doing, losing sight of what shapes our thoughts, emotions, and responses. Real change comes not from analysis alone, but from awareness, presence, and sensing what is true beneath the surface.

Listening is the heart of Hakat.

Not listening for answers from outside yourself, but listening for what is already present beneath the noise of habit, expectation, and reaction.

This is where intuition emerges.

Intuition is not prediction.

It is the capacity to notice, feel, and understand what is already speaking within you.

Hakat is designed to awaken that capacity.

Hakat uses archetypal oracle cards as mirrors rather than answers.

They do not tell you what will happen.

They help you listen more deeply to what is already present within you.

Each card reflects an archetype, a perspective, a pattern, or a voice within your inner world.

These are not imagined symbols. They are lived companions, each carrying a distinct personality and presence. Their stories give form to universal human patterns through something tangible and real.
