The Hive is an app that allows professionals to send and receive jobs through colleagues they know and trust.
Each professional builds a personal hive of professionals they know, trust, and would be willing to send clients to. When a client contacts you for a job that you can't do – due to workload, service area, type of work, or required profession – you can transfer it to a suitable professional from your hive.
This is a referral based on familiarity and trust with a real job and client.

Here's how it works:
1. Build your hive
Add only professionals you know and trust - people you know will treat your client professionally and reward you with a fair commission.
2. Transfer a job referral
Enter the client and job details and choose which of the professionals in the hive is suitable to transfer it to.
3. The professional takes care of the client
The professional who received the job returns to the client, summarizes the details of the job directly with him and updates its progress in the app.
4. Earn after the work is done
Only if the work is done and the client has paid, does the professional who performed it choose how much commission to reward the person who transferred it.
Everyone earns
The person who transferred the work turns work that he could not have done into income.
The person who received it receives work from a real client that came from acquaintance and trust – and not from a hand that was sent simultaneously to other professionals.
The client receives a professional that someone he already knows chose to recommend and trusts.
