Hala Valet provides a seamless and secure valet experience for customers, drivers, supervisors, and authorized operations teams.

The app automatically displays the appropriate experience based on the user’s registered role.

CUSTOMERS
• View the current valet ticket and vehicle status
• Request the vehicle when ready to leave
• Receive updates when vehicle preparation begins
• Get notified when the vehicle is ready for collection
• Review previous tickets and visited locations
• Communicate with the assigned valet team

DRIVERS
• Receive vehicle preparation requests
• View ticket, customer, location, and plate details

• Save the parked vehicle location

• Share ticket links through supported sharing options

• Access operational reports and relevant ticket information

Hala Valet combines real-time notifications, location assistance, ticket management, and a clear operational workflow to create a faster and more reliable valet service.

Location access is used only when required to save or navigate to a parked vehicle. Some features depend on the services enabled at each participating location.
