This is the Client Area application of Imobiliária Halca



With this app, our customers have easy access to essential services and information, whether they are a tenant or a property owner.



In a simple and efficient way, it is possible to access property contracts, check financial transactions, download the second copy of updated slips, request services and monitor the progress of requests.

The Client Area application provides the following areas:

- My properties: information about each property according to the code, purpose, type and value negotiated.

- Contracts: information on all contracts

- Boleto: option to follow up the invoices already issued and generate a duplicate.

- Request services: request repair services to the property and monitor the progress of the request.

- Request for property repair services, sending photos referring to the request
