Key information (balance and validity) is displayed with very low contrast (white text on light turquoise), making it hard to read and not accessibility-friendly. At the same time, Android security policies now block USSD balance checks (*101#), removing a simple alternative. Users are forced into an app that is difficult to read, with no SMS or clear web fallback. This results in a worse user experience overall.

app doesn't support chat function, so only way to communicate is thru email or log into web address for chat function....

Please introduce support for English. Otherwise I feel it is a good one, though I see options to block Sim I think, but afraid that I do something bad as I am yet to learn Swedish! Also finding some disconnect between the summary in app and portal (mitt-halebop). It shows me 5.1 GB, 14 days left, message free and calls free for my prepaid SIM with 189 plan in mitt-halebop. But in app it shows all 0s.
