Not working, and no support assistance after 24+ hours. Upset after the high price point and promises, and ultimately let down. Will be reaching out to others and warning them not to use or consider. Update- the support team reached out with a fix, and although I do like the product so far, the app has a few breaks that need to be addressed.

The App stopped working and the glasses stopped pairing after the last major system update a few months back. I have reinstalled the app five times and it still does not accept my login. I have even tried different logins and get the same error message. To make this even more ridiculous it doesn't allow me to sign in as even another person. The App is deleted and the glasses are back in their box. Way too late to return them

RIP OFF They just arrived. The app doesn't work. Can't set them up. Doesn't matter anyway, because I sent them my prescription and got something else entirely.
