First time user here and it really disappoints me. Can you imagine, I've waited for an hour for my dinner (the expected delivery would be 7:45 pm) only to find out that my order was cancelled last minute 😡. 10 minutes before, it says that my order was on their way. I assumed that my dinner is done (around 7:00 pm) and the rider is on their way to pick it up and send it to my home. Immediately, I've uninstalled the app. I gave 2 stars because the interface is good, just the service is not good.

Trying for the first time using this app to order meals, and regret it. Maybe there's lack of delivery riders at my area, thus ordering process consumed quite long time, from finding a rider to delivery to my house. And once they managed to find a rider, I couldn't track the rider's whereabout, just keep showing "on the way pick up" notification for the past 30 mins. Honestly, I'm not going to use this app ever again.
