The app walks you through installing your eSIM screen by screen, then hands you a 4-step data setup guide covering the step everyone forgets: turning on Data Roaming.
If something fails halfway, you get a plain-language reason, a retry button, and a way out. You can also tap "Fix now" in Help & Support to re-run the guide for your most recent eSIM.

· Pay by card or store credit — if your credit covers it, we switch to credit automatically
· If a payment result is uncertain (flaky signal at checkout), we never auto-retry and never double-charge you. Check My Orders for the real status
· Unused orders within 7 days of purchase can be refunded to store credit. Want it back on your original payment method? Request it from the Transactions screen — after manual review it returns within 1–5 business days

■ Built for bad networks
Offline? You get an immediate, readable message instead of a long spinner. Everything reloads automatically when you reconnect, and a token refresh failure will not log you out.

GET STARTED IN 3 STEPS
1. Pick a destination — search a country or a region pack (we will confirm once that the plan must be activated inside that destination)
2. Choose a plan and pay — card or store credit
3. Install the eSIM — follow the in-app guide, then turn the eSIM on and enable Data Roaming when you arrive

CHECK YOUR DEVICE SUPPORTS eSIM FIRST
· Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs. If you can see an option like "Add eSIM" or "Download a SIM", your device supports eSIM
· Some Android models — and most Android phones sold in mainland China — do not support eSIM. Please check before ordering
· Once an eSIM is installed on a device it counts as used and cannot be refunded

PLANS AND REFUNDS
· Plans must be activated inside the destination country or region. They will not connect before you arrive — that is the local carrier's rule, not a fault
· Some plans are speed-limited after the data allowance is used; see each plan's details
