This is an app that allows you to easily create fill-in-the-blank questions by simply selecting and hiding the text when you take pictures of prints and teaching materials with a camera and converting them into text data.
It is also possible to automatically generate suggestions for filling in the blanks by determining important words using our own logic.
It was developed with the desire to reduce the amount of time it takes to create memorization tools and allow more time for memorization training.
*The automatically generated fill-in-the-blank suggestions are for reference only. It is also possible to manually modify automatically generated results. Also, in automatic creation mode, there is an upper limit to the number of characters in the question statement. If you change the setting to manual creation mode, you can create an unlimited number of characters.
You can use it to memorize school tests and qualification exams by making use of your spare time while on the move. It's convenient because you don't have to write anything and you can create memorization questions without damaging the materials.
It is completely free to use, and the question data can be read in four ways: by taking a photo, by inputting/pasting image files, PDF files, and existing text data.
When you load a photo, image, or PDF, text data is extracted using the OCR function.
*Terms of use
When extracting text from images using the OCR function, you need to sign in to Google Drive with your own Google account (*).
The image data is only sent to your own Google Drive and is not sent to the developer's external server, so you can use it with confidence.
*Google and Google Drive are trademarks or registered trademarks of Google Inc.
① Take a photo → ② Hide it (can be done automatically) → ③ Remember! Since we focused on the simple function of (opening and closing fill-in-the-blank markers), there are no complicated scoring or setting functions, but it is very easy to operate.
Created questions can be archived and shared so that they can be opened on another device (both individual questions and all questions can be shared at once).
◎Major update history in terms of functionality
[ver1.5.0]
In response to your feedback, we have added a feature that allows you to archive created questions and share them on other devices. It can also be used as a backup function when changing models.
*To share individual questions, select "Share questions" from the menu button on the right side of each question card.
*To share all questions at once, select "Share all questions (backup)" on the settings screen.
*To load shared questions, select "Shared File" from the add new button (+ mark) at the bottom right of the question list screen.
[ver1.4.0]
In response to your feedback, we have made improvements so that you can move directly from the question screen in practice mode to the previous or next question screen.
*Movement is only possible during practice mode.
*If you have narrowed down the displayed questions using search words on the list screen, you can move within the narrowed range of questions.
[ver1.3.0]
In response to your feedback, we have made it possible to edit the selected part of the question text while in creation mode (parts with fill-in-the-blanks cannot be edited, so you must first cancel the fill-in-the-blanks setting).
[ver1.2.1] [ver1.2.0]
・Based on the feedback we received, in order to improve the accuracy of the automatic fill-in-the-blank feature, we have added a feature that allows you to delete spaces and line breaks in sentences at once when entering text or after reading text using OCR.
- Modified to remove extra spaces (blanks) at the end of each sentence that occur after OCR execution.
・Fixed an issue where, after changing the sorting method on the problem list screen, the settings changes were not reflected when the app was restarted.
[ver1.1.0]
Added a function that allows you to perform simple (low accuracy) OCR scanning when you cannot sign in to Google Drive.
*This is just a simple function, and the accuracy of character recognition is lower than OCR by signing in, so it is assumed that you will manually correct the text as appropriate after scanning.
[ver1.0.6]
In response to your feedback, we have added an explanation on how to delete a fill-in-the-blank marker, and when deleting or changing the color of a fill-in-the-blank marker, the color of the tapped marker will be displayed in a lighter color to make it easier to see the selected fill-in marker. It has been corrected.
[ver1.0.5]
On the settings screen, we have clarified the inquiry button for reporting bugs and requesting improvements, and have added a link to store reviews.
◎Other features are as follows.
●You can easily add fill-in-the-blank markers by selecting the question text.
●The fill-in-the-blank marker can be opened and closed with a tap, making it intuitive to operate.
●There are two modes: practice mode and creation mode, and markers cannot be edited during practice mode, so there is no risk of accidentally adding or deleting markers.
●You can change the color of the marker, so you can distinguish between questions you've answered correctly or questions you want to review, depending on the situation.
●You can give each question a title. By default, the first 20 characters of the question text are automatically filled in.
There is no character limit, so it can also be used as a memo field. The characters entered in the title field will be searched for characters on the list screen along with the text of the question.
●You can save the captured images in your device's gallery folder.
●On the question card list screen, you can change the color of the cards to distinguish between question types.
●Question cards can be sorted and displayed by creation date, update date, and title character code.
●You can also switch to dark mode.
●You can share the questions between multiple devices by archiving the questions you have created and reading them on another device.
