Coaching Stopwatch helps coaches and athletes track multiple runners or groups at once with run/rest intervals, clear timers, and easy export to CSV.
WHAT IT DOES
• Track 1–6 runners or groups in a single session. Name each one (e.g. "Lane 1", "Squad A", or athlete names).
• Each timer runs independently. Tap to switch between RUN and REST so you can time work/rest intervals accurately.
• Every time you switch, the current interval is saved with its type (RUN or REST) and time. You get a full history per runner on screen.
• Start All and Stop All let you sync groups when needed, or run each timer on its own.
• Export the whole session to CSV (Runner, Type, Time) and share it by email, Drive, or any app. Open in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis.
• Timers keep running in the background. A small ongoing notification shows the app is still timing when you switch apps or lock the phone.
PHONE & TABLET
On phones, you see one timer at a time and swipe left/right to move between runners. A simple "1 / 5" style indicator shows which runner you're on. On tablets (or wide screens), all timers appear in a grid so you can watch several at once.
WHO IT'S FOR
Track and field coaches, running coaches, PE teachers, and anyone running interval sessions with multiple groups. Use it for fartlek, circuits, relay practice, or any workout where you need run/rest times for several runners and want a simple record to export and review later.
QUICK START
1. Open the app and choose how many groups to track (1–10).
2. Optionally name each group, then tap to start the session.
3. Tap a timer to start it (RUN). Tap again to switch to REST; tap again to go back to RUN. Each tap saves that interval with its time.
4. Use Start All / Stop All to control every timer at once when needed.
5. When you're done, use Export to save a CSV of all runners and intervals, then share it or open it in a spreadsheet.
No account required. No ads in the way of the timers. Just set up, time, and export.
