WHAT THE APP DOES

Ahly Benghazi Management is the day-to-day operations platform for club staff. Once logged in, your role determines which sections of the app you can use. Common workflows include:

• Expenses — Submit service, fuel, purchase, and standalone expense claims with receipt photos. Track approval status, view past submissions, resubmit rejected claims.
• Receipts — Capture and attach receipt photos to any expense. Receipts are kept on file for the club's records.
• Vehicles & fuel — Log fuel claims, view vehicle assignments, track service records for the club fleet.
• Bookings — Manage room and location bookings, see schedules, handle guest details.
• Supplies — Track inventory across club departments, record stock movements.
• Employees — View directory information appropriate to your role.
• Reports — See aggregated data across expenses, bookings, and operations relevant to your role.

DESIGNED FOR THE WAY THE CLUB ACTUALLY WORKS

• Offline-first. The app works without an internet connection. Submissions and edits are queued locally and sync automatically once you're back online.
• Bilingual. Arabic and English supported throughout, with an in-app language switcher.
• Role-based. Each employee sees only what their role permits — managers, administrators, and standard staff all get an appropriately scoped view.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

This app handles sensitive club operational data, including expense records and employee information. All data is encrypted in transit, stored under strict role-based access controls, and never shared with third parties beyond the cloud providers strictly necessary to operate the service.
