This platform isn't student-friendly. If your internet lags, the class will close automatically. A stable connection is required. If your area has network issues, you won't be able to use it properly, which disrupts the learning flow. You cannot use this app offline even for a single time so the latest updates are disgusting.....

The app's functioning is good. Afterall, its about the content. The virtual classes were very effective and it went beyond my expectation. Very disappointing customer service. Complaints are not properly heard or addressed, and getting a helpful response is extremely difficult. Customers deserve timely support and proper solutions, but the service feels unresponsive and careless.
