ICOM Radio IC-705 can be Operated remotely from Android SmartPhone Over Internet.
Almost of Radio functions can be controlled including Frequency Change, mode change, Band change, AGC selection, Noise Blanker, DNF, Noise reduction, IF Filter, Preamplifier,
Attenator, Twin PBT, Sqelch, Mic gain, RF Power, Break in, RX-TX control and so on.
Main features are Display Spectram scope, water fall, Radio Channel registration, QSO logging - look up and also Sending CW code from built-in Keyer.

I want to love this, but apparently it installs fine on my Oukitel tablet but the errors out that my display resolution doesn't meet the minimum. I'd really rather use this on the larger tablet screen. On the phone it runs but the UI is horrible. Scrolling goes the wrong way and the initial menu screen is far from intuitive. the main screen is not centered. Control knobs are too small. text input uses a custom keyboard not the Android keyboard. Willing to bug report and beta test. de KC1PZA

this works well with my IC-705 but , I would like to see 2 things . 1. bigger PTT button 2. able to connect to IC-7300. IC-7300 does have the ability to use a computer for the RSBA1 server. Also Wfview can be a RSBA1 server which your software connects to when it connects to the IC-705. All that is needed is a change of the Icom CIV radio address. thank you! 73's

I have been communicating with the developer for the last 6 months and I can say that the current version 19 works PERFECTLY on both my LAN and also on cell data. All functions work flawlessly! The app can even control my AH 705 tuner and in fact, all radio functions including PTT work perfectly. Give this one a try. It works great over a LAN or on cell data. Note that on cell data, however, you may need to run a VPN if your cell provider blocks the protocols that the app uses.
