● App access permission information
To use the Hana Pay app, you must grant the following permissions.

- essential
Phone: Sign up, check terminal information, and automatically connect to customer center
* When using a SIM card, phone numbers are collected and shared with telecommunication companies.
Photos and videos: Required to use the app, such as joint certificates and ID shots.
* “Files and Media” permission in OS 13 and below
Notification: Notification of essential information such as card usage details, important notices, etc.

Camera: QR/barcode payment and face authentication service provided
Location: Provides real-time services such as coupons and benefit notifications
Address book: Providing remittance service using contact information

excellent banking services and all Hana Bank staff are very kind helpful, Hana Bank is very customers services oriented. Unlike other Korean banks, Hana Bank don't try to sell any banking products that we don't NEED.

No English options, and too many confusing nonsense. It takes a very long time to find what you are moving for because there are too many useless features, pictures, advertisements, etc. HANA is not as foreign friendly as they seem.

The app has stopped accepting wifi for payment, even with "안심결제" activated as their instruction. p/s: I have been waiting for their English language option for years...
