To use the Hana Pay app, you must grant the following permissions.

Phone: Sign up, check terminal information, and automatically connect to customer center
* When using a SIM card, phone numbers are collected and shared with telecommunication companies.
Storage: Files and storage required for joint certificate and app execution

SMS: Providing consumption/asset analysis and household account book services
Camera: QR/barcode payment and face authentication service provided
Location: Provides real-time services such as coupons and benefit notifications
Address book: Providing remittance service using contact information
Microphone: Provides chatbot voice recognition service

* You can use all services other than the corresponding function even if you do not grant optional access rights.
* You can also set it in the Phone Settings > Applications > Hana Card > Permissions menu.

Your typical Korean bank app bs in order to do any transaction, even tho I already have another Hana bank app installed on my phone. At least the previous one is in English. This one doesn't have any English. I hate Korean banks to the core.

I tried to withdraw my points, the staff told me to pay the annual fee, but at last after paying the annual fee , they do not send my points, saying that they have error in my account, actually i was using the account with no problem. Very disappointed. They are able to deduct my money but unable to transfer the points in my account

After updating the app 31/10/21, I can't use and open the app. I tried to open and access the app but still failed. Now, I uninstall and reinstall the application. But, still fail and can't open it. What's wrong with it ? Update review: It is ok now with today's new update application. Thank you for your great service.
