Ratings and reviews

High quality financial news. The usability of the app is also good. It will show ads but it's not too annoying , easy to just swipe them away once you know where they appear. It's also usable offline which is good with mobile coverage in Germany. One annoyance is that from time to time I click an article and but then a different (older) article is opened. Even when updating the articles this will still happen afterwards.

The app was great, but after reinstalling with a new phone, my subscription is somehow not registered anymore. It should still be active and shows as much on the profile page of the website. It's a shame, I was testing it and wanted to extend the subscription, but definitely not if this is what I have to deal with :(

I thought it could not get worse but the most recent update convinced me otherwise. Every time I start the app I'm asked to log in again. Once I do, I end up in the same place: Do want to continue with ads , or without? If without, do you want to start a paid subscription? I already have one, so I log in... and I'm back at square one. Who at Das Handelsblatt is interested in providing a good customer experience? No, I do NOT want to receive ANY notifications from the app. That's my decision.
