About this app

Handled is an AI document organizer for your household. Snap a document or forward an email, and Ella, your eight-armed assistant, names it, sorts it, summarizes it, and files it into a Handled folder in your own Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. You confirm before anything files. Then Handled pulls the dates from your documents and reminds you before an important date passes.

Who Handled is for
Handled is for the person who keeps a household's paperwork: parents, busy professionals, founders, and people who would rather spend less time on admin and more time living.

File in four steps
1. Snap or forward. Capture and upload files to your Handled app from your device or forward items to your Handled email.
2. Sort and file. Allow AI to auto-sort and store files or upload and manage them yourself. Confirm selections and file with a tap.
3. Add calendar events. Pull deadlines, events, and other important dates from files and add them to your calendar with or without AI's help.
4. Personalize and save. Schedule alerts for events and deadlines with a tap. Use checklists and the budgeting tab to stay ahead.

What you can keep in Handled
Insurance policies, warranties and receipts, passports and IDs, tax returns, vehicle papers, leases and mortgage statements, school forms, pet records, travel documents, and the last important letter you were sent, the one you said you'd deal with later. Built-in folders for the things households keep, plus folders you create.

Where your files go
Handled sends files to your Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive cloud, not ours. Handled creates a single folder called Handled in your cloud account and sends your documents there. That folder is all Handled can see. Handled keeps the title, the dates, a short summary, and a pointer to where Handled filed it.

Private by design
Ella reads a document to name it, sort it, and summarize it for you. Handled never sells your data. Handled never connects to your inbox. You can strip the hidden location and camera data from your photos before they upload. You can lock Handled with your face or your fingerprint. Documents sent to your own Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive stay yours. Built on Base44's SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 infrastructure.
