🎮 **HOW TO PLAY PHOM**
The goal of Phom is to arrange the cards in your hand into valid **melds** while keeping as few unmatched cards as possible.
There are two main types of melds:
• **Set (Bộ)** — 3 or 4 cards of the same rank.
• **Run (Sảnh)** — 3 or more consecutive cards of the same suit.
Each turn, you either **draw** a card from the deck or **pick up** the card discarded by the previous player. Then discard one card from your hand.
Choose carefully. The cards you discard can reveal what you are collecting and help your opponents complete their Phom.
🏆 **WIN THE ROUND**
At the end of the round, players lay down their Phom and calculate the points of their remaining unmatched cards, known as **deadwood**.
The lower your deadwood score, the better.
If all your cards form valid Phom, you achieve **Ù (Gin)** and win immediately.
