Ratings and reviews

Used to be a very simple app that was reliable and consistent. Recently was changed to also bring up news and other non-weather info, and if you try to navigate to the actual weather, it runs ads that you have to wait for the "x" to pop up so you can close the ad. You're better off just googling the weather for the day, you'll find what you want to know faster and without an aggressive amount of ads.

I have the paid version to get rid of the ads. The app works well, is smooth, and accurate. I use the hourly forecast the most. I would suggest making the horizontal forecast go further than just 9 hours. It's basically not very usable. The vertical forecast is much longer but it's so hard to read. There is no designation (like a line or break) to clearly show when a new day starts at midnight. So I'm basically trying to look at these small fonted times. It's a bit if a mess.

The app used to be good, but it has slowly been rolling out ads more frequently and making them more intrusive/scammy. One of the frequent ones mimics a pop-up saying that the app needs to be updated, but it's an add for another app. They've now gone as far as rolling out the ads that make you wait 10 seconds or more before you can "skip" (i.e. Forced to the play store). The accuracy of the forecasts has gone down, but they are trying to do whatever they can to force people to pay.
