Ratings and reviews

I used to like this app, but over time the amount of ads has increased to the point it fills the whole page- which used to be the main draw over msn weather, but now they are on the same level. 1weather has weather articles like you see in other weather apps, but none of them actually work. You tap an article in the app and instead of opening that article to let you read it, it jumps to a half summary of a completely different article. So genuinely this app has nothing that helps it stand out.

I am so tired of the excessive ads! I clicked the warning for weather and got an add. I click the weather for the day I get an ad for a game that requires you watch and click the x to close. There are already ads on the home page what is the need??? I just want to see the days weather and review the emergency notification your app sent. I understand there are paid options for ad free but no one wants to pay for weather apps. You can't be serious.

The entire thing is designed solely to forcefeed you ads. Haven't opened it in a bit? Force you to see ads because it stops updating the widget. Want to see the forecast? Scroll past 5 ads only to then get a fullscreen timed ad. See a warning, but the widget cuts itself off? Open to get fullscreen timed ad. I get it, it's a product that they want to make money on, but there comes a time when it is just unacceptable levels of anti-user functionality just for more ad revenue.
