Hand-Off makes it easy to complete deliveries with automatic route optimization, driver assignment, & event-based customer/store order notifications.

Hand-Off Driver is used with the Hand-Off e-commerce platform.

Using the Hand-Off driver app:
• Your company must have an account with Hand-Off to use this app
• Your delivery company will create your driver account & assign you tasks

With the Hand-Off driver app you get:
• Real-time customer information, order details, ETAs, route statistics, and task statuses.
• Navigation using Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze with detailed task information and live task status changes.
• Event-based communication with customers through company sms or email. Plus personal text or phone calls to make faster deliveries.
• Proof of delivery with uploaded photos.
