Invite other groups, upgraded UI, Guests, and more!

- Inviting other groups:
Group managers can now invite other groups to the hangout. The group manager must accept this request in order for the group to be invited.

- Upgraded Carpooling UI
Carpooling now has a upgraded and polished UI.
