About this app

Study Chinese step by step with Hanune. Choose your HSK level and build a regular study routine with vocabulary, grammar, listening, reading and writing practice, from Level 1 through the combined Levels 7–9 course.

Learn with English or Korean explanations while keeping Chinese passages, pinyin and audio at the center of your practice. You can change the app language in Settings.

Features include:

- Vocabulary definitions, example sentences and word audio
- Grammar explanations and questions in context
- Listening and reading practice with answer explanations
- Chinese character writing, composition, speaking and translation exercises
- Practice exams, saved words and review of previous answers
- Study goals and progress records stored on your device

Core learning materials are available offline after the required content and audio packs have been installed. Sign-in, purchases and AI assessment require an internet connection.

Some activities require VIP access. AI assessment uses the allowance or credits shown in the app and starts when you request an assessment. Google sign-in is required for these server-based services. Your submitted text or recording is sent for assessment only when you request it. Availability and prices are shown in the app.

Hanune is an independent learning app and is not affiliated with the official HSK examination organizer. Practice results and AI feedback do not guarantee an official test score or a passing result.
