Ghatiya se bi ghatiya Services r till booking only once u sit in bus no facility provided. Even they donot allow females to use ladies toilet in bus. Even manager or owner don.t know who is he not respond to passenger while travelling. Lcd r for show off not working. Driver.s n helper.s way of talking is ghatiya try to rule on passenger. May be the owner or managemnt train them to behave in such a manner.
Wrost service hans travels .its run like a local buses stops again n again . Last week I travelled in hans travels bus no 0252 from mumbai to indore.what a wrost service again n again stopping for passenger like a local bus.it takes 17 hrs from mumbai to indore.its a big name Hans travels but small services. Pls management work on it.dont give this type of service and pls join good or decent driver or cleaners for bus.maintain u r level.
Worst experience Not punctual at all very late. Cancels bus service at any point of time that means ticket confirmation does not guarantee of having your journey. They cancel the bus on their own many times. No charging point. No lcd. That too in multiaxel volvo service. Waste of money. Train is far far far better.
Wanted to sit from Astha. Called the office at Lal Ghati, but the staff was rude told me not to call again or sit from Lal Ghati itself and not from in between. Very rude. U have lost a valuable customer. Hope you hire some good staff
Ghatiya Chalate hai 2bus. Jab passenger ticket book kara kar apna safar zhuru kRta hai to adhe raaste me jaa kar bus change kardi jati hai...fir ticket wali seat aapko nahi milti... Bahut bekar service hai.... Agar aisa hi karna hai to seat book hi kihon karne dete ho
Hans travel is fraud They feel consumer is fool...I booked my ticket for seat no. 3 but at last moment they offered me seat no. 27... And they don't even have a customer relationship... They talk rubbishly.... Very bad
