To do this, scan the QR code that you can find in the menu under "Security" and "Manage release procedures" or enter the numeric code manually in the app. After pairing, you authorize all orders and online payments with your credit card using the app and your password.

The Hanseatic Bank Secure app gives you the option of using Hanseatic Bank credit cards to authorize online payments at participating merchants. You can recognize the participating retailers by the Visa Secure symbol in the online shop. In order to be able to approve orders or online payments with Hanseatic Bank Secure, you only have to link the app to your mobile device once after downloading it.
That's how it's done:
• Start the activation process by visiting https://meine.hanseaticbank.de/de/register
• Scan the QR code or use the 6-digit release code
• Enable push notifications
When shopping online with Visa Secure, you will receive the name of the relevant online retailer, the amount, the date and the time before the transaction is completed. If this data matches that of the transaction, authorize the payment by confirming it in the app.
The use of Visa Secure is free of charge for you and is solely for your own security on the Internet.
