Ratings and reviews

It works alright. I've found the optical output to be a lot more reliable than arc. The problem is the device itself has no ir blaster so you can't control volume with optical. Would be awesome if you added a feature for pairing Bluetooth enabled universal remotes like the Sofabaton. Or at least make it so the volume rockers on your phone controlled the soundsend volume when in app.

I see alot of folks have hadn't issues of the app not connecting, well I also exhausted myself trying to fix it to no avail so I finally found an article from WISA support. If you unplug the transmitter for 10 seconds then plug it back in and start the app while it flashes white light it connected back up with no issue and I lost none of my settings!!!!

Cannot get it to connect. Tried hitting and holding down the button on the hub. Finally got bluetooth to find the device, just to tell me I had to have the app to connect....I have the freakin app. ***Update*** about 25 reviews down, Micah gave a solution...you know how the app says you must have bluetooth on? NO, turn bluetooth OFF before trying to connect to the app and let it turn it on. Then it worked. What a dumb f-ing feature.
