About this app

Once connected to your network, the Prisma application allows for the configuration and control of virtually all functions of any of our Prisma enabled products, duplicating and enhancing the front panel and remote control systems, over your local area network from your mobile device.

Primare Prisma application works with the following models:
• CD15 Prisma

• I15 Prisma
• I15 Prisma MK2
• I25 Prisma
• I35 Prisma
• NP5 Prisma
• NP5 Prisma MK2
• PRE35 Prisma
• SC15 Prisma
• SPA25 Prisma

Note: Prisma application is for Prisma enabled products only, and does not replace Primare APP and Primare AIR for MM30, NP30 and PRE60 models. Configuration
• Input and source settings: customize inputs and select media servers on your network
• Zone settings: manage zones to connect with Prisma devices around the house
• Input settings: input alias creation, enable or disable inputs, auto-sense input selection, fixed or variable volume output, and individual input gain adjustment
• Audio settings: balance, default volume, maximum volume, mute level and digital output
• Display settings: illumination level, input status and front panel control
• Standby settings: auto-standby and wake up on input signal
• Streaming settings: metadata display, Bluetooth, and network characteristics

Control
• Playback functions: input selection, play, pause, track forward and back, shuffle play, repeat single or all tracks, volume mute, volume adjustment
• Stored music files access
• Search by artist, album, track, and title
• Playlist and queue creation
• Display track information: source, duration, bitrate, bit depth, sampling rate, format and file size

I don't understand. I just got the NP5 today. Set it up. Music sounds great. All my music was there. Now a few hours later, maybe it's had an update or something but it only goes up to the letter M in my music collection. I wanted to play an album starting with T. No luck and the artist starts with S so can't do that either even though when I got the unit earlier it was able to. It worked so well before. Now I can barely play one song and it crashes. I don't think I'm gonna keep this device now

Latest android update stops connection with my NP5. Can no longer connect to the device through the app, nor can I connect via Roon ready (activated as a beta user/developer), although it connects by Chromecast and airplay. However it all seems to work fine via the iPhone app, including Roon Ready... Please fix the android app. *Seems to be fixed again

App stuck in landscape mode. I have a samsung S9 and this app works fine with my Primare device. But the app is stuck in landscape mode! It opens orientated correctly then after 3 seconds turns to landscape making it very hard to use. My phone is set to not auto rotate and I downloaded the app on another android phone for it to do the same. Please get a developer to quick fix this.

There is now a phone version in portrait mode.
