■ Visual ARS Service
Upon initial installation, the app obtains the user's consent to display informative or commercial mobile content provided by the caller (visible ARS, call incoming screen, call purpose upon termination, etc.)

[Security] To ensure the safety of Hanwha General Insurance customers' financial transactions, this application cannot be used on smartphones that have been tampered with or rooted*. (Use after initialization through the manufacturer's A/S center)
(*Rooting refers to obtaining administrator privileges on a smartphone and arbitrarily modifying the device's OS or modifying it with malware, etc.)
● If app downloads fail or are stuck in the waiting mode, follow the steps below and try again.
* Android Smartphones
1. Ensure your network connection (Wi-Fi and data) is stable.
2. Clear the cache and data of the Google Play Store app installed on your smartphone.
(Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Application Information > Storage > Clear Cache, Clear Data)
3. Check if there are any updates in progress in the Google Play Store.
(Google Play Store, Account Picture > Apps & Device Management > If there are any apps updating, complete them or turn off automatic updates and try again.)
4. Check your smartphone's storage and delete unnecessary apps or data.
5. Reboot your smartphone.
6. Delete and reinstall the Google Play Store app.
