MY Hanwha: Contract inquiry/change, payment/refund/cancellation, my information management, contract conclusion support

Products: My insurance coverage analysis, direct subscription (direct) insurance, women-only insurance, auto insurance, driver/injury insurance, health/comprehensive insurance, family insurance, fire/property insurance, travel/leisure insurance, pension/savings insurance, corporate insurance

Compensation: Disease/injury and property/liability insurance claim and result inquiry, auto insurance accident reception and result inquiry, auto breakdown dispatch and history inquiry, guidance on various compensation required documents

Loan: Loan status inquiry, insurance contract loan Inquiry and application for possible amount, insurance contract/credit loan repayment, change of insurance contract loan repayment information
ㆍCertificate issuance: Sending certificates by email and downloading files for each insurance, downloading necessary document forms

■ Login guide
ㆍYou can easily log in using fingerprint/Face ID, or setting a simple password.
ㆍYou can also log in and use Kakao authentication, financial certificate, joint certificate, and mobile phone authentication. (Use after electronic membership registration)

■ Access rights
[Required access rights]
- Phone: Access rights for verifying mobile phone status and ID, connecting to customer service center/contract manager/compensation manager, using visible ARS service (reading phone number)
- Device photos, media, file storage: Save taken photos/copy and load joint certificates
- Installed apps: Detect dangerous apps that may be exploited among apps installed on smartphones to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents

※ Required access rights are absolutely necessary for smooth service provision, and may not function properly if the rights are not granted.

[Optional access rights]
ㆍ Camera: Take photos of supporting documents such as insurance claims
ㆍ Photos: Save and load taken photos
ㆍ Location: Find my location to find a nearby customer center
ㆍ Voice/microphone: Use when converting voice input content to text
* You can use the service even if you do not agree to optional access rights.
* If you do not agree to optional access rights, normal use of some service functions may be difficult.

■ Inquiries related to use
If you have difficulty using the app service, please use the mobile homepage (https://m.hwgeneralins.com) or call the customer service center (contract management, accident reporting, compensation) at 1566-8000.

■ Visible ARS service information
When the app is first installed, informational or commercial mobile content provided by the other party is displayed with the user's consent. (ARS menu display during a call, call purpose notification, screen provision upon end of call, etc.)
(Service usage intent provided: Colgate Co., Ltd., affiliate, request for refusal of service use and withdrawal of consent by calling 080-135-1136)
'Optional access rights' require permission when using the relevant function, and services other than the relevant function can be used even if permission is not granted.

■ Other information

[Security] For the safe financial transactions of Hanwha General Insurance customers, this application cannot be used on smartphones that have been forged or rooted*. (Use after initialization through the manufacturer's A/S center)
 (*Rooting refers to a state in which the OS of the terminal is arbitrarily modified or modified with malware, etc. by obtaining administrator rights on the smartphone.)

● If the app download is not working or is stuck in standby, take the following measures and try again.

* Android smartphone
1. Check if the network connection environment (Wi-Fi and data) is stable
2. Delete the cache and data of the Google Play Store app installed on the smartphone
(Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Application information > Storage > Delete cache, Delete data)
3. Check if there is an update in progress on the Google Play Store
(Google Play Store's Account picture > Apps and device management > If there is an app being updated, complete it or turn off automatic update and try again)
4. Check the smartphone storage capacity and delete unnecessary apps or data
5. Reboot the smartphone
6. Delete the Google Play Store app and reinstall it
