ㆍYou can easily log in using fingerprint/Face ID, or setting a simple password.
ㆍYou can also log in and use Kakao authentication, financial certificate, joint certificate, and mobile phone authentication. (Use after electronic membership registration)
■ Access rights

- Phone: Access rights for verifying mobile phone status and ID, connecting to customer service center/contract manager/compensation manager, using visible ARS service (reading phone number)
- Device photos, media, file storage: Save taken photos/copy and load joint certificates
- Installed apps: Detect dangerous apps that may be exploited among apps installed on smartphones to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents

ㆍ Camera: Take photos of supporting documents such as insurance claims
ㆍ Photos: Save and load taken photos

■ Inquiries related to use
If you have difficulty using the app service, please use the mobile homepage (https://m.hwgeneralins.com) or call the customer service center (contract management, accident reporting, compensation) at 1566-8000.
■ Visible ARS service information
When the app is first installed, informational or commercial mobile content provided by the other party is displayed with the user's consent. (ARS menu display during a call, call purpose notification, screen provision upon end of call, etc.)

■ Other information
[Security] For the safe financial transactions of Hanwha General Insurance customers, this application cannot be used on smartphones that have been forged or rooted*. (Use after initialization through the manufacturer's A/S center)
(*Rooting refers to a state in which the OS of the terminal is arbitrarily modified or modified with malware, etc. by obtaining administrator rights on the smartphone.)
● If the app download is not working or is stuck in standby, take the following measures and try again.
* Android smartphone
1. Check if the network connection environment (Wi-Fi and data) is stable
2. Delete the cache and data of the Google Play Store app installed on the smartphone
(Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Application information > Storage > Delete cache, Delete data)
3. Check if there is an update in progress on the Google Play Store
(Google Play Store's Account picture > Apps and device management > If there is an app being updated, complete it or turn off automatic update and try again)
4. Check the smartphone storage capacity and delete unnecessary apps or data
5. Reboot the smartphone
6. Delete the Google Play Store app and reinstall it
