Hanwha Non-life Insurance mobile app closer to customers

For your convenience, Hanwha Non-life Insurance's official mobile app allows you to use services such as contract management and changes, accident compensation, and loans through mobile devices without visiting the counter.

■ Instructions for use
You can log in easily by using your fingerprint and setting a simple password.
You can also log in using your mobile phone, Kakao authentication, joint certificate (formerly public certificate), or financial certificate.

■ Main services
- MY: Customized service information for each insurance contract I signed up for
- Contract management: Insurance contract inquiry and consultation application through insurance self-diagnosis, insurance premium payment, various refund inquiry/application, certificate issuance application, etc.
- Contract change: customer information change, automatic transfer application, child registration for fetal insurance, refund receipt account change, contractor change, beneficiary change
- Accident compensation: Long-term insurance claim and result inquiry, guidance on required documents, etc.
- Loan: Loan status inquiry, insurance contract loan amount inquiry and application, insurance contract loan/credit loan repayment
- Insurance products: Mobile direct subscription insurance, automobile insurance, driver's insurance, health/comprehensive insurance, family insurance, fire/property insurance, pension/savings insurance
- Customer Lounge: Announcements, frequently asked questions, finding a branch/compensation center, downloading required documents, etc.

※ Starting from version 1.86, the car insurance function is provided by the Hanwha Car Insurance app.

■ Access rights

- Phone: Access to verify mobile phone status and ID, connection to customer service center/contract manager/compensation manager
- Files and media: Saving and loading captured photos, copying and loading joint certificates
- Installed apps: Detect risky apps that can be abused among apps installed on smartphones to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents.

※ Required access permissions are required to provide smooth service, and if permissions are not granted, it may not operate properly.

- Camera: Take photos of supporting documents such as insurance claims
- Location: Find my location to find the nearest customer center

※ Even if you do not allow it in the optional access rights, you can use services excluding services that require the corresponding rights.
※ When accessing service screens that require optional permission permission, you can use it after granting separate permission. If you do not allow it, your use of some features may be restricted.

(Individual permission is available for Android 6.0 or higher OS. If the OS can be upgraded, it is recommended to use it after upgrading.)

■ Security
To ensure safe financial transactions for Hanwha Non-life Insurance customers, this application cannot be used on smartphones that have forged or altered the app or are rooted (use after initialization through the manufacturer's A/S center).
(Rooting refers to a state in which administrator privileges are obtained on a smartphone and the OS of the terminal is tampered with or modified with malicious code, etc.)

■ Visual ARS service
Upon initial installation of the app, we obtain the user's consent and display informational or commercial mobile content provided by the other party on the call (visible ARS, call reception screen, call purpose upon termination, etc.)
