Use our free Nectr app to keep on top of your energy consumption, generation and projected usage, all at a glance. Managing your account has never been easier - confirm when your next bill is due, make one-off payments, check when your plan’s fixed benefit period expires and update your contact and payment information instantly. Depending on your meter type, you can submit a self meter read to assist with bill accuracy or view our new usage screens to easily see your monthly consumption and compare it to previous months.

For Solar and battery customers, you now have access to more energy usage data and we’ll continue to display additional usage information over the next few months. If you have more than one Nectr account, you can easily view both properties by toggling between addresses.
