Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current, monthly subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. I just bought the unlimited access for $4.99. When I 1st purchased it, I was able to play all decks. A few minutes later, it's back to me having to pay for each one again. I pressed the "Restore Purchase" button, but it says I already purchased it. I've uninstalled & reinstalled it.....nothing 😑 So I've wasted my money for nothing

I'm very disappointed. I subscribed to the unlimited access and I had all the decks at one point. Lately when I open the game it looks as if I'm not subscribed and only a few decks are available. When I try to resubscribe I get an error saying I'm already subscribed and doing restore purchase makes no difference. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well and nothing's working... 😮‍💨😮‍💨

I used to love this game but it no longer works. I reached out to customer support and after about a week, I received an email stating, they were aware of the problem and were working to fix it! This app has been down for at least a month and there has not been any communication from Blebrity making customers aware (beforehand) that there was a problem with the system. It's all about TRANSPARENCY and besides that, it's bad business. I'm canceling and want a refund for the inconvenience!
