Connect is the organizer app for Happenings — everything you need to run your events, from the first ticket to the last person through the door.
EVENTS, START TO FINISH
Build an event step by step: the basics, date and time, venue, program, images, capacity and who gets to see it. Pick RSVP or ticketed, set the sales window and the refund policy, publish when you're ready, and change your mind later.
THE DOOR
Work the attendee list while the line is still moving. Search for a name, swipe to check someone in, swipe back to undo, or type the code when the phone is being difficult. The checked-in count keeps up with you.
TICKETS AND ORDERS
Every order in one list, with buyer, line items and totals. Resend a ticket email, open a single attendee to see their tickets and form answers, handle refund requests, and pull people off the waitlist when seats open up.
LIVE NUMBERS
Tickets sold, people checked in, revenue and net revenue, refunds, checkout rate, new members. Switch between 7, 30 and 90 days, see your top events, and see where the views came from — the page, events, deals, bundles.
MEMBERS
Approve the people waiting to join, check plans, renewals and expiry dates, and open a member to find their orders, participations and titles. Board members, volunteers, instructors and tutors get community titles. Committees get approved or removed.

Getting started is clearer. A short walkthrough sets your page up the first time you sign in, and we explain what notifications are for before asking to turn them on.
