**Optional AI assistant**

Configure an OpenAI-compatible provider, Ollama, or your own custom endpoint. Bring your own API key and choose where AI requests are sent. AI is optional, and prompts and conversation context are sent to the endpoint you configure.

**Privacy-focused and local-first**

• No account required
• No ads or third-party analytics in the app
• Connection profiles and settings are stored locally
• Sensitive records are protected with Android Keystore-backed encryption
• Optional biometric app lock and secure vault

Your server connections and SFTP transfers are initiated by you. MySSH does not provide a cloud sync service for your connection profiles. When you use an external AI provider, the provider's own privacy policy applies to the information you send.
