it's a great convenient service a little frustrating at times when items you need are out of stock but the shoppers do an excellent job of offering other options. delivery is swift and generally always on time.

2023 : Many bugs happen during shopping, error notification appeared repeatedly. On payment process, it was said I had paid all, though I had not. And I have to repeat the shopping process from the start

Absolute nightmare. The shoppers just shop and send your shopping out whenever they want. There is an option to book a delivery time and its totally ignored. Happened to me 3 times now which is too much to be coincidence. Food ruined, mommy and time wasted, and there is no help from the support team. They say they'll educate drivers and that's it. Doesn't help with my ruined shopping.
