I love using Happy Fresh to do my weekly groceries shopping. The only downside for me is, shopper is not able to make any change (like change of delivery date, delivery address, etc) once the order is confirmed and paid. At the moment, shopper is only able to use the app to add more item to the existing confirmed order prior to delivery. Please add more functions to make the app more useful. Thanks.

Very unsatisfed. If u bought and actual deliver can be half of them due to out of stock. And the shopper don't inform u, u paid for the shoper and deliver for 10RM but receive half which means u have to order again. Don't be fooled of discounted items that is out of stock if u order. I've order 3 times and it happened all the time out of stock or not discounted price. The customer service also terrible they don't know what's their service. It's wasting my time i have to shop again. Darn!!

I used to rely on happy fresh for my groceries. but this time the service was terrible. I ordered a few items as always through the apps. when my order arrived at home, one item was wrong, I ordered white snapper fillet 2 packs but shopper sent me 1 pack Salmon fillet. Directly I tried to found contact customer service phone and I didn't found it in apps, but any complain send by email. Until now I don't get any feedback from happy fresh through email or phone. So disappointed.
