I love using Happy Fresh to do my weekly groceries shopping. The only downside for me is, shopper is not able to make any change (like change of delivery date, delivery address, etc) once the order is confirmed and paid. At the moment, shopper is only able to use the app to add more item to the existing confirmed order prior to delivery. Please add more functions to make the app more useful. Thanks.

After all the hassle of choosing your items, its just not worth all the issues the app is causing. There are no confirmation if what you ordered and choose are gonna be available. They can cancel the whole order anytime without warning and don't even bother explaining the reason. When given full autonomy to the shopper to choose similar items they seems not to know what it means and choose a completely different type of it which cannot be used as part of the recipe planned.

Two things I want them to improve. 1. If you're in the middle of an upgrade or system update, please inform your users that there will be crashes on the app and to suggest using the desktop web page! I couldn't place orders for 2 days not knowing what's wrong. 2. Allow promo codes to be used in the deskrop version as well because your app crashes when you are in the middle of an upgrade.
