◆ 5 Day Forecast
◆ Click on individual days for each day's hourly forecast to plan ahead

This app. shows a real time weather forecast at a specific location which the user chooses on the map or types in an address to see it on the map. It will notify the user with suggestions for a specific type of covering for their horse according to the changes in the weather and the "Feels Like" temperature. The user can interact with the app. to change the location for travel without changing the default location in the app. This gives the user a more accurate weather forecast for the actual location of the horse.
The app. has a 1 year subscription rate and will alert the user 10 days before the subscription is about to end if they want to renew for another year. This app. does not "auto-renew" at this time. The subscription rate will not change from the rate that you first subscribe to the app. This starting rate will increase for new subscribers after Phase II features are added. Users can see subscription length in their profile in the app.
The user can change the location should they travel with the horse for camping or to shows and when they return can simply click "default" to change it back. They can also change the default location at anytime should they move their horse to a different barn/stable/home.
The 5 day forecast aids in planning for washing up, repairing or changing out the horse's coverings or to travel with the horse. The user can click on a specific day in the 5 day forecast and that day's hourly forecast will populate in the main grid along with the color coded icon blanket alerts.
Users can click on blanketed horse icons to see which covering suggestion the color of the blanket denotes, including the grams of fill.
There will be a button added to see the weather radar.
The User will be notified of changes in the weather that effect which covering you choose to use . You can also simply open the app and use it to plan ahead.
It is the only existing app. that does this for you!

The Personal Portals (pat. pend.) will allow the user can change the markers in the forecast to fit the specific needs of their horse (older; clipped for shows; skin problems; breed) or weather variants of the horse's location. (If the horse were located in the mountains where a 20% chance of rain in the forecast means it will most likely rain, then the user can change the pre-set trigger from a 51% chance to alert them at the 20% chance of rain.)
