The game is entertaining and nice until you get at a level in which even if you do everything perfect you can't win without gems

It is a nice game and also enjoyable but it is difficult to move that man with fingers so there should be arrow buttons '⬅⬆➡⬇' - like this .

So I get level 2 and clock stops working on the game and no customers come in. Please fix this.
