EDITED: The issue below, originally reported in January 2026, is still ongoing as of 4/18/26. I cannot use the mobile app at all. It opens and then just sits there and won't close or do anything else. It just spins and spins and spins, thinking about connecting with just a blank white screen. I've checked for updates, but my app is up to date. It's incredibly annoying.

I've been using HappyNest laundry service and have been extremely pleased with their service. The entire process from pick up to delivery has been seamless. They also respond in a timely manner to any questions you may have.Excellent customer service. If you're looking for a laundry company, I highly recommend HappyNest!

They are consistent with pickup and drop-off days. I believe they aren't using the detergent I put in or suggested because my skin is very sensitive, and I end up itching constantly. Other than a mishap every once in a while, they are good 👍🏾
