Amazing service. Using them for our newborn laundry in a Manhattan apartment. We can't have a washer/dryer in the unit. Weekly pickup and delivery to our 2nd floor unit makes our lives so much easier.

The pickup schedule is to open and long the drop-off person didn't knock to let me know the clothes were outside my door which was not good.
