EDITED: The issue below, originally reported in January 2026, is still ongoing as of 4/18/26. I cannot use the mobile app at all. It opens and then just sits there and won't close or do anything else. It just spins and spins and spins, thinking about connecting with just a blank white screen. I've checked for updates, but my app is up to date. It's incredibly annoying.

This is the second laundry pickup wash/fold and drop off service I have used since my car accident. I must say I am impressed with how clean and fresh my clothes and linen were when I opened the bags. Thank you for taking care of my laundry. I think the price is a bit high, they made 4 bags out of the 3 bags I sent. Pickup and drop off were great, I like that I can track the drive so I can put out and pick up my laundry and not have it sit out for a long time. Great service, I will use again.

Efficient and timely. Also, easy to navigate app. The pick up and delivery were flawless.
