Description: Hapu - Fast Service is a convenient interactive method between Hapu residents (Hapulico) and building management.
Each resident will be provided an account to access the application
 
Main function:
- MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: managing resident information, supporting the addition of family members, facilitating the management of personal information as well as information of family members.
- NEWS: update the latest information, news and jobs from the court management quickly and conveniently.
- NOTICE: send notices relating to service payment, service registration to residents.
- INVOICE: support residents to view payment information and status, the fee to be paid for the services of the apartment that were registered with the building management in the month such as Apartment Management Services, Electrical services, Water services, Vehicle management & management services ...
- PAYMENT HISTORY: support residents to view the history and timing of service payment, as a basis for comparing with data of the building management board.
- VEHICLE SERVICES: assisting residents to register for service & management of cars or motorbikes with building management without directly going to the place to register. Car service includes registration forms such as:
+ New registration: support residents to register for parking cards at Hapulico
+ Registration for sea change control: support residents to change the control board of Hapulico's look and management.
+ Register to change car users (vehicle owners): support residents to change vehicle owners for Hapulico's look & management vehicles.
+ Registration for re-issuance of vehicle card: support residents who lose or have a damaged car card to register for re-issuance of a car card.
+ Register to pay for a car card: when residents want to stop using the vehicle management & management service at Hapulico.
- SWIMMING SERVICE: support residents to register swimming pool service with the building's management board. Swimming pool services include registration forms such as:
+ Registration of swimming packages: support residents to register for swimming cards by month, quarter or year; Apply for many ages from children to adults.
+ Registration for renewing swimming packages: support residents to extend the time to use swimming packages.
+ Reservation registration: support residents to reserve the expiry date of swimming packages for a specified period of time.
+ Registration for re-issuance of card: support residents who lost or have a broken swimming card to register for a re-issuance of a swimming card.
+ Register more cards: support residents to register more cards for members to use the pool package.
