love everything about HarcoCu! I moved 3 hours away from nearest branch but still keep it my accounts because everyone is there to help customers. The mobile app is easy to use even though I have limited computer skills. I do have one suggestion. when I go to pay my Visa by transferring $ from cking to Visa, it would be a bit easier if there were an option to "pay statement amount" instead of me having to put in the amount. That would be helpful since I & many others always pay our cards off

We have to constantly reset our password because harco loses it, somehow, and gives us login errors... This is frustrating, and after 20 or so password changes throughout the years we are out of password ideas... This isn't just a mobile issue but an issue on the harco website as well... Smh

At the moment, I am unable to log in to see my balance. It was working fine yesterday, but now its saying it cant validate my ID. I tried calling the number it gives, but they asked for an access code. I am unaware of being given any access code, so I cant continue the process of the call. Im getting increasingly paranoid and concerned. I tried using the Harco website as well and it wont let me log in either.
