The app itself is pretty basic however there is something about hitting each checkmark each day that makes it very satisfying. It's a great tracker! The numbers you see are the days of each month you can click the stats icon on top left to see your streak. Noticed someone said that in another review and I wanted to clarify.

The store page says nothing about in-app purchases, but when you download it, they ask you to purchase a subscription for another app through their affiliate program. Only then you get full access to the app. It would've been better if they were upfront about it, but I wish I could give them 0 stars for being so scummy

I love to work out and having set rules. Knowing a bunch of 25-30 year Olds couldn't beat day 20 and knowing I'm better than them by 13. But my problem is [1] ads pop up every time you tap the screen [2] the tracker resets randomly sometimes and doesn't allow me to refill in all of the boxes to where I really am. Everything else is fine with the app besides it resets you.
