Hardsight is cryptographic proof-of-capture for photos and video. Every file is signed the instant it's captured and locked into a tamper-evident Proof Pack that anyone can verify — no account, no app install, just a web link.

HOW IT WORKS

Capture: Open Hardsight, choose a profile (Quick, Standard, or Extended), and take photos or short video. Files are hashed and signed inside the secure hardware on your phone before they ever leave the camera buffer.

Seal: Tap Done. Hardsight builds a Proof Pack containing your captures, the cryptographic hashes, a device signature, hardware attestation from Google Play Integrity, GPS data, and a precise timestamp. The pack is sealed by the Hardsight server with an Ed25519 signature and stored in your account.

Share: Send the verify link to anyone — by text, email, or any other channel. Recipients open it in any browser. They see your photos and a complete cryptographic report showing exactly which trust layers passed.

Verify: Every Proof Pack carries five trust layers — Hash Integrity, Server Attestation, Device Attestation (Google Play Integrity), Device Signing, and Biometric Confirmation. The verify page shows green checks for every layer that validated. Anyone can re-run the verification independently using the public protocol.

THE PROTOCOL

Hardsight uses the Protocol for Provable Sealing (PPS v1.1), built on Ed25519 signing, P-256 device signatures, SHA-256 hashing, and RFC 8785 JSON Canonicalization. The protocol is public and the verification page shows every cryptographic check it performs. Nothing is hidden behind "trust us."

PRIVACY

Hardsight does not access your photo library. The app captures fresh through its own camera. Your captures are stored in your account vault and shared only via links you send. Photos are not used for advertising, analytics, or machine learning training.

Hardsight is built by an independent developer based in Langley, BC, Canada. The protocol, verifier, and verification page are all public. The goal is simple: in a world where any image can be generated by AI, real photos deserve a way to prove they're real.
