About this app

Hariso is a work app for online seller warehouse teams in Indonesia. It's a single app for preparing orders from all marketplaces — Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Blibli, and more — from picking items from the shelves to handing them over to the courier.

KEY FEATURES

• Dashboard — View the number of orders picked, checked, packed, and delivered today, plus the best-selling products still to be prepared.
• Pick — Scan a group of order numbers at once, get a consolidated product list sorted by shelf location, then check off items one by one.
• Check (QC) — Scan the receipt number and order number, then scan the barcode of each product to ensure the correct type and quantity before packing. There are audio cues for each scan and voice announcements for order records.
• Order Photos — Take photos of items during the check process; photos are saved in your phone gallery and attached to your order history as proof of inspection.
• Pack — Scan the order number and then the tracking number to mark the order as packed and ready to ship.
• Handover — Select a courier, scan each package the courier carries, request the recipient's signature, and ship. A PDF delivery note is automatically generated and can be sent via email.
