Usage Stats (Required) — Allows the app to securely check which app is open to calculate your limits. We intentionally built Flow State without highly invasive Accessibility Permissions, meaning our app can never read your screen data, text messages, or personal activity.
System Overlay (Required for Blocking) — Allows the app to display the lockout screen. Without this, Flow State cannot physically block you from a distracted app.
Ignore Battery Optimization (Recommended) — Keeps our lightweight tracker running reliably in the background so your limits always work when you need them.
Notifications (Highly Recommended) — Used exclusively to send you warning alerts before you hit a limit, or to show a persistent tracking status.
