It is so easy. I just added a NAS drive to my home to back up all my work from home stuff, and made a high res music folder I can access easily from the app. I still have a bunch of music on a USB flash drive that shows up too. I tend to stream hi rez from qobuz for background music, but select from my personal library for more active listening. I also use it to listen to some of my favorite radio stations across the country. College stations and comercial too. Definitely listening more.

Very badly designed app. When openening the main volume knob screen to control volume it defaults to 50% resulting in ear damaging blasts from your speakers. It is at a point where I do not control my Arcam's main volume from my phone anymore. On my iPad (iOS) same issue by the way, besides a clunky, not very user friendly app to navigate. Needs a lot of work to do justice to Arcam's reputation in the HIFI world.

It just sucks. You spend all this money on equipment and have to use a below par app. It's embarrassing when you've got people over that laugh at the delays and crashes. They don't understand why I have to go through an app to play music on Tidal. Someone needs to explain this bs and why I shouldn't sell my equipment.
