About this app

A companion app meant for Maruti Suzuki SmartPlay Studio infotainment system. It connects over Bluetooth or USB and does handshaking with infotainment to identify it as SmartPlay Studio infotainment system. It provides information to the phone user about the other apps that are accessible through the SmartPlay Studio-infotainment UI or apps that can communicate with the infotainment system to control certain functionalities. It also provides information to the SmartPlay Studio on apps that can be accessed from the SmartPlay Studio infotainment and their installation status. This app shall work only with select range of Maruti Suzuki models and audio systems.

There is no point of this app existence. This app just sync with infotainment system via Bluetooth or USB and show the information which is already exist in the infotainment system. Atleast the app would be better if it capture and store car diagnostic information. It's just useless application in this century. You may get more useful information connecting with android auto/ apple carplay. I don't know why companies are so stupid while installing something like this.

The app doesn't even go beyond the step where it is supposed to send an OTP. On inserting the phone number a reply is returned mentioning that the phone number is not registered with my car's registration number or VIN. The phone number is already linked to my car-details even in the MVAHAAN app and is the only number that is recorded with Maruti Suzuki in relation to my car.

Not even connecting to the car even after entering the registration number and verifying the OTP. Staying in guest mode only.
