The app is horrible to use. As other have said, the books are designed as 2 page spreads but only one page shows on the app at a time. If you dare to touch the screen in an attempt to help your child concentrate on one letter at a time then the menu pops up completely covering the book text. It's really off putting for me, never mind my 5 year old. I feel like very little thought went into this app and I'm appalled that my child's school have to pay for this rubbish.

Pages are landscape, yet the app does not rotate when the device does. Stupid. When zoomed in on a page it doesn't lock so jumps to previous page. Awful. The context menus overlap the page, touch to hide them, but touch again and they keep coming back. Painful. Books are designed as two page spreads, but you only show one. Impossible to use. Simply a terrible app experience. But what choice is there when the web version does not work on iPad or phones. In short - terrible.

Awful, awful app. Using for my 5 year old's home reading, as required by her school. Pages of book are less than a quarter of the screen size, and unable to zoom in properly. If it does decide to zoom to a decent, reable size, the next page will be roughly the same size, but will only show the lower right quarter of the page, and does not move or zoom.
